Dr. Muhammad Asim is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad, specializing in pure and applied mathematics with strong expertise in harmonic analysis and dynamical systems. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Mathematics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, where his research centered on functional and harmonic analysis, and his earlier academic achievements include M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees with distinction. Dr. Asim has extensive teaching and research experience, having served as visiting faculty at Quaid-i-Azam University and the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, as well as a research associate on an HEC-funded project investigating the continuity of integral operators on function spaces. His scholarly contributions focus on fractional Hardy operators, Morrey–Herz spaces, variable exponent analysis, and related functional inequalities, producing a series of impactful publications in high-indexed journals such as AIMS Mathematics, Journal of Inequalities and Applications, Journal of Function Spaces, and Fractal and Fractional. He has collaborated with international scholars, contributing original findings on fractional bilinear Hardy operators and commutator estimates in variable exponent frameworks. Beyond research, Dr. Asim is a recipient of the Best Research Paper Award and has presented his work at international conferences, showcasing his commitment to advancing mathematical analysis. His editorial and academic leadership include serving on the editorial board of Bilquis Postgraduate College for Women, Rawalpindi, and mentoring emerging scholars in mathematical research.
