Her dissertation focused on “Certain Investigations on Power Allocation Schemes for Transmission of JPEG Compressed Images Using MIMO-OFDM Systems,” under the guidance of Dr. K. Baskaran. She earned her Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Communication Systems from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, in June 2002, where she worked on the implementation of a USB device controller for her thesis. She completed her Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, Coimbatore, in March 2000, with a thesis on the speed control of a DC motor using fuzzy logic.
